ABSTRACT
Purpose: The purpose of the present paper is to present the reconstructive method of posttraumatic orbital abnormalities with osteofascial flaps and bone grafts as an excelent reconstructive method and one more therapeutic option for selected patients. Cases report: The present paper reported the authors experience with the application of the temporoparietal osteofascial flaps or autogenous skull bone graft in the reconstruction of the traumatic orbital abnormalities in three consecutive cases. Conclusions: It was found favorable results with low complications rates. The supremacy of temporoparietal osteofascial flaps and autogenous skull graft in facial reconstructions of selected pacients is confirmed.
