ABSTRACT
Thirty-nine ex-obese patients (post-gastroplasty or diets) with surplus skin-fatty and classics abdominal excess, were submitted to abdominoplasty. The technique consists of vertical and horizontal incision (at anchor), without realease or minimum realease corrections of incisional hernia, aponeurosis plication of the straight-abdominal muscles, draining vacuum, shortening the umbilical scar and pubis region pexia.
