ABSTRACT
Method: It is a randomized cutaneous flap of the submammary region. It has a triangular shape, and by transposition can cover the exposure of the implant. The donor area is closed directly and its final scar is located in the submammary fold.
Results: The procedure has been shown to be effective both with immediate results and in the late evaluation of these patients. Discussion: It is a flap that brings tissue of the area without postoperative cicatricial fibrosis, it has good blood circulation and good elasticity.
Conclusions: It is a flap with good quality tissues that makes the necessary coverage of the exposed implant.
