ABSTRACT
The term gynecomastia refers to a common male breast disorder, defined as enlargement of the mammary gland. Its cause is the imbalance in the hormonal relation of estrogen and androgen, be it physiological, idiopathic (majority), endocrinopathies or steroid abuse. The objective of this work is to demonstrate the reproduction technique used for surgical correction of patients with grade III gynecomastia.
