ABSTRACT

Case report of steatocystoma in a female adult patient, of rare location, in the frontal region, in which after several unsucceful alternative treatments was decided the excision, with grafting in the same surgical time. Satisfactory aesthetic result was achieved with this treatment.

RESUMO

Relato de um caso de esteatocistoma múltiplo em paciente do sexo feminino, adulta, de localização rara, deformante, em região frontal em que, após vários tratamentos alternativos com insucesso, optou-se pela ressecção em bloco com enxertia no mesmo tempo cirúrgico. Com o tratamento, obtivemos resultado estético satisfatório.
