Thus, as a treatment for cutaneous flaccidity resulting from large body losses, the demand for plastic surgery has been increasing.
Method: Descriptive analysis by means of medical records and hospitalization data of patients submitted to post-bariatric repair surgery between March and December 2018.
Results: 52 patients operated in the period, predominantly female; the most performed surgery was abdominoplasty; low complication rate, being the most common seroma. Discussion: Post-bariatric restorative plastic surgery offers benefits for patients with large weight loss, with abdominoplasty being the most requested. The rate of complications is low, with seroma being the most common, according to the literature.
Conclusions: Plastic surgery is part of the final treatment of obesity, to restore the dignity of patients undergoing bariatric surge

ABSTRACT

Androgenic alopecia is the most common form of hair loss in both genders. It is classified as non-cicatricial alopecia and is characterized by progressive loss of hair diameter, length, and pigmentation. With the advances of the research, the capillary cycle was understood, allowing interactions with drugs to be performed to improve growth and capillary nutrition. The two major causative factors of androgenic alopecia are levels of androgens and genetic factors. As a consequence, numerous studies look for strategies and treatments more effective and safe for the therapy of this pathology. Without treatment, androgenic alopecia is a progressive and increasingly comprehensive condition. Topical minoxidil and oral finasteride are the most widely used drugs in the treatment of androgenic alopecia, with significant success rates.
