ABSTRACT
Lesions with substance loss in penis are always dramatic because, besides functional impairment, they also cause psychological disorders in the patient. The objective of this work is to disclose to the scientific community a successful case reconstruction case of penile shaft after traumatic degloving, in which a preputial spiral flap technique was used. Whenever possible, it is important to try to preserve and use in the reconstruction of posttraumatic lesions the remaining penile tissue, since there is no donor area with the same characteristics of distensibility, color and absence of hairs.
