ABSTRACT

The authors report on a case of foot reconstruction using a free latissimus dorsi muscle flap followed by split-thickness skin grafting, after an injury and contralateral extremity amputation. They describe the indications, surgical procedure and the patient's evolution.

RESUMO

Os autores relatam um caso de reconstrução do pé com retalho muscular livre do grande dorsal seguida de enxertia dermoepidérmica, após trauma extenso e amputação do membro contralateral. Destacam-se as indicações, técnica operatória e evolução clínica da paciente.
